➥ She is a Bride Type servant. She is also the physical manifestation/chosen representative of the Greek gods: Moirai, so Lachesis, Clotho, and Aisa! They picked her because she was perfect and most substantial to the essence of 'she who cuts ties' but also makes them. She perfectly embodies what would best represent them, and they also want nothing to do with the end of the world ( CHALDEA/FGO Timeline ). Guinevere cannot be summoned outside of Chaldea, no reason to be summoned, cannot be summoned, and... Actively would refuse summoning.
